Easterly winds in May have brought migrants usually present in big number in the autumn and some more unusual species.
Several Willow and a Garden Warbler were caught on a ringing session while a Spotted Flycatcher and a Roller were seen at Ria de Alvor. Two Red-footed Falcons (part of a big influx in Western Europe) were even found at Abicada!
