Last Friday, a Yellow-browed Warbler was caught and ringed at Cruzinha (A Rocha Portugal field study centre) by Heather Coats. This species has appeared every year in the Ria de Alvor area since 2013. The same day, 2 other birds were ringed in Portugal and several have already been spotted. These observations follow an influx of this species further north.
